ATD Fourth World is an anti-poverty organisation
that engages with individuals and institutions to find solutions
to eradicate extreme poverty. ATD’s work focuses on
supporting families and changing policies.
Their exhibition ‘Art Speaks’,
which travelled round the UK and Brussels, was the culmination
of a three-year ‘empowerment through art’ project
with families living in poverty here in the UK.
The exhibition needed a strong ‘brand’, to appear
on banners, exhibition literature, invites, postcards etc.
The logo chosen incorporates an image from one of the artwork
banners created during the project; the image speaks of hope,
ambition and family unity, a release of hidden talents.
